Got lug nuts/key replacement as I received the wrong kind when I got car

The young man that helped me was wonderful and patient and explained everything clearly to me. I can’t remember his name, but he was a Hispanic young man.
Did an excellent job on servicing my car, but the site has a noticeable staff shortage.
I was pleased with the work and that the manager accommodated my needs for the interim
