Craig was awesome to work with. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get me what I wanted. I never felt that I was being rushed or that I was being taken advantage of. I didn't come to Reliable to buy a car (I was just looking) and didn't expect to go home with a new car. The level of customer service is leaps above other dealers in town.

Warranty process was not smooth at all. The paint blemish on the hood that was supposed to be repaired is still there after leaving the vehicle with the dealership for the better part of a month. I don’t really care to bring it back.
