We came to Reliable Nissan looking for a 2015 used car. We were approved for the first time buyer's program. We're very happy with the Versa. It's very fun to drive. Destiny is so kind! We really appreciate Destiny for all she has done.
Saw a truck I loved at the CW mall but, not in the color We wanted. AQ sent me to the dealership across the street to see the colors offered. He also told me about promos. Matthew and Jesse were like amazing! Painless process. Had a great selection of colors. Very patient with me. The service is always amazing and very professional and everybody is always very nice and knowledgeable
Too slow for oil change and tire rotation. They were the ones who changed before and couldn't find my tool to remove. They used someone else's. I think they need to replace y tool. They lost it or didn't replace last tire rotation.
This is the absolute worst dealership that I have dealt with in my life! The communication and customer service I received was disgusting! I was given the run around and went down to the dealership 6 x due to them scratching my hood and staining my seats from a detail THEIR dealership did!
