Was fast and had us in and out with no issues. Was on time for my appointment
This is only my second time at the dealership. Both times for oil changes and the most recent time for recalls. Staff were nice. My only issue was not getting an itemized receipt with everything completed for the visit and the didn’t even wash and vacuum my vehicle.
Dealership was clean , everyone freindly. Unfortunately they left oil/grease on the outside door , steering wheel , and the inside door handles. Other than that the work on the car was as good as in the past.
The dealership was pretty good overall. Its definitely more approachable than the other Nissan dealership in my city. Its clean and has plenty of stock. Employees I encountered were nice and hardworking. Craig Stewart was easy to work with, he specifically convinced me to sit down and talk numbers. I’ve spoken to tons of people at many dealerships. Too expensive and it took too long. However, Rick a the staff did their best and are good!!!
The most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had! Abdul and Paul made it a painless process and got me into the vehicle I’ve wanted for years ! Reliable Nissan is the only place I will buy from because I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. The people were very professional. Not the usual icky car buying experience with high pressure. I highly recommend!
I think they have stepped up their game but I have had to bring the truck 5 times for the same tailgate locking issue
Friendly staff. Arrived at my appointment and staff attended me in about 5 minutes. Everything was explained clearly before handind the car over to them.
