Great and polite service. Service took one hour. Was very pleased. Everyone I met that worked there were very friendly and had nice smiles on their faces.

Reliable has had a hard time maintaining a good quality workforce, with a Customer focused staff. I came in to get some Recall work done on my vehicle to find out you had not ordered the party in. so now I have to bring the vehicle back while you bring the part in and then do a computer update on the system. Would have been nice to have had you ordered the part first since you knew what I was coming to have done. As for the staff they are very courteous and seem to try to want to do the right thing.
