Very professional and didn’t wait very long, customer service was very excellent, I highly recommend reliable Nissan to friends and family
I needed a diagnostic run on my truck. Made an appointment specifically for one only to find out when I got there that you don't do diagnostics on the weekend. Why would you schedule me for one if you knew I couldn't get it done on that day. So I ended up just getting an oil change. Service was fine no complaints there. Wish my time wasn't wasted though.
Excellent service! I never have to wait too long, at times they uber me home. Great complimentary drinks but suggest to add maybe some sodas.

We worked with Janay and her approach was very kind when me and my family pulled into the dealership. She was very helpful when it came to finding my family a 8 seater vehicle. Gave us options and asked a lot of questions to get us something practical.
I don't know who Laura Myers is. Ramone and the Finance lady were kind and knowledgeable as well as accommodating.
