Ramon was absolutely amazing. Always communicative and attentive. It was a difficult day for me and my family and he took good care if us. Amazing job. The only problems was that the next day, the car was not starting. The service technician did not adjust the battery cables completely. After my wife had to adjust the cables, the car is running again with the new battery replaced at Reliable.
