Lanika was very helpful. When I had a problem with the Jeep Latitude she went out of her way to pick me and my grandson up when we got stranded and late at night. She has been very informative, thoughtful and caring. Nissan is very fortunate to have a person like her working for them. I hope she gets acknowledged and rewarded for her hard work. Thank you Lanika and Sammy on helping me with the purchase of my new vehicle.

I had an oil change last week. The technician did not put the dipstick back in correctly. I have oil all over my brand new driveway and had to bring my car back in to fix the leak. It was really a hassle to rearrange my schedule to bring my car back in and then wait for an hour. The last time I was in, the technician didn’t do something right with the gasket or something, and I had another oil leak that had to be fixed. I hope this doesn’t become a pattern…
