Staff was professional and efficient, they advised me of what the procedure would be to determine the cause of the problem.

The dealership sales department is wonderful, the service department has serious issues that need to be addressed quickly. Josh tried very hard to make our experience a positive one but was met with several obstacles along the way.
Please be more honest as to how long it takes to service the vehicle. What was suppose to be 1 to 2 hours took 3 1/2 hours.
