I think it was a good experience buying a car with Reliable Nissen. I had fun interacting with your staff. They are friendly and want to sell you the vehicle you want. I had to pay a little more than I wanted but this is the first brand new car I have purchased, the others have been pre owned. So, in all a good experience and I love my Nissan Rogue.
Ramon was exceptionally professional. He answered my questions and explained everything that was going to be done. My service was completed in a timely manner and the service was excellent.
Easy to get appointments. Good communication. But in this case they found no problem with the 7-prong trailer plug, yet our tester, our trailer and our friend’s trailer all disagree. We’ll have to have this looked at again. Not good!
