Long delays in processing paperwork especially in financial department, I spend 8 hrs, waiting, showed up at 10:00 am for appointment and did leave til 6:00 pm

Brandon was wonderful. He took over my service after some delays and issues and was very diligent and dedicated to making sure I was taken care of throughout the process.
