Not the greatest customer service
Battery dying. No appointment. I got in and out, with a new factory battery installed, in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Happy with the service. Only complaint, the battery was overpriced (although that is to be expected at a dealership).

The service department is outstanding. They are highly qualified and do not try to up-sale you into anything not needed for the repair of your car.
