If I could leave 10 stars I would. The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. This was THE best experience I've ever had with a service provider. The work was excellent and the communication was world class.
I had a ceiling leak late on a Sunday night. The team at Reliable kicked into gear that night. Holly helped coordinate the effort from the first call. Austin made sure an initial cleanup was in place as the leak was temporarily patched the same night. Jeyson, Yenderson and Rod did a great job coming in the next day to setup additional equipment and make sure the effected area was contained.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam. They overcharge, mismanage accounts, and communicate with the professionalism of a backyard operation. Expect surprise fees, shady billing practices, and an inability to manage the project with your insurance properly. Homeowners, do yourself a favor—stay far away unless you want a financial and legal headache.
Horrible company with horrible people who lie and just tell you what you want to hear so they can get your money. They are not actually interested in completing any work.
Whatever you do, do not select the very unreliable Reliable Restoration Company into your home. They knocked out my garage and kitchen wall, broke my microwave oven beyond repair, disconnected my stove, left my garage door and front door opened for the entire weekend, then reneged on repairing the damage. When the insurance check arrived, they threatened to put a lien on my home and forced me to sign a release that would allow them to escape any further liability. I am putting these demons up in prayer.
I have 1 star because 0 was not an option. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor/GC. They made several large mistakes. Wrong floor/poor installation. My wife and I has to follow up with subcontractors, set appointments, deal with no shows etc. Owner stepped in and said he would take care of things and never did. Several broken promises.
