Met Drew L at Toyota, and eventually made our way back to Met Drew L at Toyota, and eventually made our way back to Lexus. He kept in contact with us periodically. Initially the Lexus vehicle we wanted had a scratch, but we ended up eventually getting the model we wanted. Your finance department honestly took too long to wait on. But Drew and Mark were very nice to work with. Overall the experience was great!
I had my 24 Tundra in for service when Cat reached out I had my 24 Tundra in for service when Cat reached out asking if I considered upgrading since they have the 25 models out. I didn’t need to upgrade and after a few hours waiting for service and discussing options with Cat I left happy in another 24 Tundra but was able to lower my payment and interest. Very good experience with her, management, and Joe in Finance who was very honest and helped me make the right decision
