Cat called us couple us the day after and send us a video. We came in the next day and she had all the paperwork ready to go. Awesome experience. Awesome experience. We came in and looked at a X3 and got figures. My mom has only ever owned Mercedes! To make her happy we had to test drive those after BMW. Cat kept in touch with my mom and even myself the next couple days and sent us a video of one they got in. She was able to convince my mom to BMW which IS CRAZY! We had a deal on one arriving at Mercedes on the 28th. Cat said she could have everything ready and have us in and out. We got there in 15 minutes and she did just that.
