Angry turned to happy After weeks of looking and spending hours at dealerships with rude and pushy salesmen I went online and found a used BMW in Springfield. I was told by a gentleman it was there. Drove 3hrs and the car sold. I met Catherine who helped me find something my girlfriend was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Catherine was kind, quick to please, and made everything transparent and quick. Her and her manager were great to deal with. I will be back and to Reliable only because of them
