Jeff and Mark were great to work with! Jeff has been very nice and easy to work with for the whole process of getting me set up with a new 24 ES 350. I definitely learned more than a few things sitting in the car with Mark. will have to play around with it a lot to get some things down. but I appreciate the whole process and the two gentlemen have been great.

First electric car ever I got my first electric vehicle with Cat. I was working with her for a few months and this isn’t a vehicle I thought I would ever get. I love it and it was great working with this dealership

Jack Dugger is the absolute best! Went to Reliable Toyota of Springfield to look. Found a car and my salesman Jack Dugger was absolutely great. Great customer service is a plus and he did not disappoint.

Very satisfied with my purchase! I was looking for a new vehicle, and Adam Clair at this location was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured or intimidated. Great experience We have bought more than a dozen cars but our first time purchasing a car from Reliable Toyota. Every part of the buying process was smooth. Our salesman Evan Killingsworth might’ve been new but he made sure we understood everything he and finance were conveying to us as well as kept us informed daily about where our car was in the inspection process until we picked it up. We quickly discovered why our friends all go to Reliable. Will definitely buy from them and Evan again.
