Everything went smoothly! Sold our Tacoma a bit of a month ago, and we already owned a 22 NX and decided to just go ahead and get another one! We looked into a RAV4 and Will McCracken actually got us into another NX. He’s been great and so has Mark the Tech Specialist. You guys should appreciate these employee’s that you have!

Reliable Lexus SGF - great place to buy new car The Sale team members are professional & detail oriented & trust worthy. The tech specialist is knowledgeable & very patient to walk me through all the safety & must needed features of the Lexus RX350. The management team is great to deal with & highly professional. No hassle customer service We went in looking for a specific vehicle, and Rex Lyons and the crew were great to us. They didn’t try to hassle us or steer us toward a different or more expensive vehicle. Rex was also considerate of the fact that we were shopping with a baby in a stroller. When it came time to negotiate and finalize the deal, Chris Berg was great to deal with. Straight talk when we needed it, fun conversation in the in-between moments.
