Adam Clair was awesome! He made me realize I needed/wanted to upgrade to a newer vehicle. I have always been the pay it off and go with no payments guy, but this was different. He got me in a new car that I wanted and will benefit me more than I know! Toyota has earned my business with their service department and rewarded me ten fold with their salespeople! Definitely pleased with our experience with Reliable Toyota of Springfield!! We didn’t have a lot of time to give because we are so busy. (GM) Matt took care of us over the phone and through messaging. We set an appointment to go in to test drive and hopefully sign papers. Matt set us up with Jack Dugger and we were definitely taken care of. Jack had everything ready to go for us when we got there and we spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. Austin Foster was very friendly, competent and diligent from the time we entered the door to the time we were ready to select our car! He wasn’t pushy and he answered every question very knowledgeably! Very rare do I meet salesmen like Austin Foster!!
