Bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander spur of the moment. Chad Betzler was easy to work with and non pressuring. Overall good experience, but the transaction did take a while. Not sure what took so long but so far that was the only downside to the whole process. Would recomment Reliable Toyota and Chad Betzler.
