I had a wonderful new car buying experience at Reliable Toyota. My sales staff consisted of Anthony Archuleta, Austin Massey and Rick Balazs. All were very helpful with no gimmicks or run around on the deal.

I’ve bought 4 Tundras in the past however this experience was the easiest by far. Nathan Hill was informative and straight forward. In the future I’ll be dealing him out in the future! #toyotanatecares

My son shopped around (via phone and Internet) to find the best price for a Toyota Avalon. Reliable Toyota offered a better price than our local dealers. Anthony Archuleta worked with my son on all the details; then our family drove to Springfield to buy the car. We found Anthony to be quite personable and professional. He is friendly and courteous. Couldn't be more pleased with our recent experience this past weekend with Reliable Toyota! We were just "looking" with no intention to purchase; however, we ended up driving a 2020 Toyota Highlander off the lot! Jack Dugger was simply the very BEST car salesman I have ever encountered. This past weekend my wife and I visited Reliable Toyota to just look at a Highlander for her. I was not optimistic about trading here, as I had been a vendor for them back in the 90's. Under previous management, there was always an air of "being on guard". Well, a salesman named Jack Dugger changed all that! I had a very good experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Reliable in Springfield Mo. Austin Goan was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took time to explain the features of the vehicle in a way easy to understand. I recommend Reliable and Austin to anyone shopping for a Toyota.

Although I was asked to rate this review at all five stars, I prefer honesty and transparency -- so I'll rate it honestly and not as asked. That said, Michele and Reliable are fantastic to work with in terms of communication, interaction, and engagement. Their service and customer oriented approach is genuinely good.
