I was in immediate need of a new car due to my car being totaled. I showed up and fortunately found Chris Willhaus on his first day. While it was his first day at Reliable, it was not his first day selling cars. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to look at. He was extremely service oriented. I bought the car. I would work with Chris Willhaus at Reliable again or any dealership where he works.

This dealership and all the employees went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience the best. I worked with two other dealerships and they blew the competition away with their hospitality, professionalism, and passion. I personally worked with Benjamin Brownlow who had the most patience with me. I was not the easiest customer due to being picky and wanting the perfect car. Nathan Pratt has been assisting me in a minor fix on a used Ford I bought at this dealership. It has been a bit of an ordeal given it is a Ford and parts etc, are not on hand Nathan has been professional, and like Matt Freeman, my wonderful salesman who sold me this vehicle has gone way over above and beyond to make sure I have updates and personal service. I have never felt better taken care than with these two gentlemen! Thank you Reliable for being so accommodating and professional.

Michele looked for 2 weeks, sending me periodic updates, to find the right car. We test drove several and then finally were able to close on one that met my requirements before it even hit the lot!
