Great buying experience. On August 27, 2021, my husband and I purchased a 2022 Blue BMW X3 at Reliable Superstore in Springfield, MO, and the salesman was Timothy T. To buy or not to buy.... Trevor did a great job keeping evolved but not over bearing. I have extreme buyers remorse and am "wishy-washy" which is terrible! He made me feel like it was no big deal. Ultimately I got the vehicle I wanted and am glad I stuck it out with Toyota!
Tim is THURO Tim, at BMW of Springfield, is a gem! He is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot (and then some); proves to be tech savvy; and very personable. Most importantly, Tim will not pressure you for a purchase.
