Reliable Toyota / Springfield MO I met Chad Betzler, my salesman, when I went to the car lot to look at cars suited for me and left undecided. He did not use any pressure and was very informative. It was several weeks later that I returned knowing that I wanted a Toyota Sienna. Chad was able to secure a good deal for me and made the process very easy.
