They actually listen to what you want. They listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. I felt they actually wanted to make me happy, not just get a sale. I gave the same criteria to 6 other local dealerships and everyone else kept showing me cars above my price range and told me I wouldn't find what I was looking for (a hatchback with good gas mileage around 10,000).
