Reliable Toyota 4Runner purchase I thought my goal was too complicated to accomplish at a car dealership. I had two quality vehicles to trade and decided to see what the dealership would be willing to do in order to earn a new customer. I've only traded a car into a dealership one time because they are well maintained and typically in excellent condition. The sales associates and finance manager listen to my goals and met my expectations.
My MR2 Spyder was lonely.... I thought Gentlemen were extinct. Then I met Jason Moon at Reliable Toyota. I was looking for a companion for my Spyder and have been dreaming of owning a RAV 4 for years. He hooked me up no muss, no fuss. I love my vehicle and only wish I had puchased sooner. There isn't anything about the RAV 4 that is not to like... other than too much storage enabling me to drag much more stuff home from the flea market. Oh well, it's a great problem to have.

2017 Prius Very pleased with my new Prius, and with every step of the proces. Randy Tan & Alex Smith couldn?t have made it any easier! Haley McKinney is the BEST!! Our first BMW purchase was a success!! Our sales person Haley McKinney was awesome. She made the process easy, relaxing, and fun. She was honest, and walked us through the entire process. If you are buying a BMW, and don't use her, you are doing yourself an injustice. She is the BEST!!
Buying a new Prius I have dealt with Reliable Toyota for nearly ten years, I bought both my 2017 Prius and my 2008 Prius from this company. My recent experience with salesman Jeremy Nelson was particularly helpful. He let me take the lead and ask all the questions I had and he answered each with patience and friendliness. He showed me things I hadn't known about and helped me get everything set up after I bought the car. Even after several months, he helped me again, when I had further questions.
