I was greeted when I entered business. I signed all documents & gave them insurance cards and was taken to a private room. After a few more questions (past history), the procedure was explained and I was given my injection. It did hurt when the medication was injected and I had been warned of that. I was then told I needed to wait 30-45 minutes before I could leave. When time was up & after another assessment , I left the business. The whole experience was good.
