improve your customer service!! No one answers the phone. If you are that busy HIRE more people instead of giving BAD service. Why do I have to wait 2 days for you to call the CUSTOMER. How about you waiting for 2 days!!!! I was checking on my order from almost 2 weeks ago. STILL NO ANSWERS!!!!!!
RecommendedSoon after starting this product I developed dry eye and the dry eye was so severe I needed medicine. I would NOT recommend this to anyone as it seems like more than a coincidence that dry eye occurred soon after starting this new product The dry eye might be caused by the first ingredient Icariin as this ingredient messes with your ability to use enzymes in the body I’m still trying to bounce back from dry eye
RecommendedI tried it and after taking for about 2 weeks I felt no relief or noticed any type of relief from any pain.

Everyone's body is different, and everyone's pain is different; some customers require a higher dosage for longer before they break through the pain they are experiencing. RecommendedHad a reaction to relief factor. My Doctor advises me to discontinue use. Returned 3 unopened packages within the 90 day period and only received credit for one package and they kept the remaining two packages. Not impressed in the least in my opinion completely untrustworthy.

RecommendedI've had a herniated disc in my lower back since 1984 and had been taking Naproxyn/Aleve for the back pain and pain from sinus headaches until August 2021, when I was told to stop taking it by my drs. I have been on Relief Factor for 93 days and will continue til I have completed the last shipment. I have not had any relief from my psoriatic arthritis pain in my knees and other areas. I was truly hoping this would work, but not for me. I started with 3 packs a day and went beyond the 3 wk quick start before lowering to 2 packs a day. I guess it doesn't help everyone.

Anyone using a ANIMAL ABUSE commercial for their product like bull riding is just DESPICABLE. A product I CERTAINLY would NEVER buy
