My first-time home buying process was not as scary and daunting as I would have thought thanks to my Realtor, Edgar. He really took the time to explain all aspects of the home buying process to me and broke it down in pieces that were easy to swallow. We found a really nice property for a really good price. Hugo actually got it alittle lower also which was great. He isn't from the area that we purchased our home and that is why I gave him 1 less star on local knowledge. We found our home on the first weekend of looking and alittle over a month and we were homeowners. We really appreciate all the help he gave us.
