Claudia was very prompt in her initial response. Within minutes of contacting an agent through zillow she was calling me to arrange a visit to the property. She took initiative on setting up the viewing and on informing me of the process. She was very knowledgeable of which neighborhoods would be most appropriate for me to live in. Throughout the process Claudia was very friendly and helpful. I will continue working with Claudia with any homes I am interested in.

Claudia really helped us on buying our first home. Anytime we had a question or concern along the way she always responded quickly, we've learned a lot because of her and know we could call with a question anytime. Always provided us with the information we should know. She is very on her game as far makings sure all party's are communicating and getting things done as they should. I would recommend Claudia to anybody looking for help from a realator because I know she truly cares and wants the best for the client.

Let me be the first to tell you, buying your first home is terrifying. My wife and I thought we had it down. It can't be that hard right? WRONG. Hugo was a great partner in our home search! He made himself very available, in veiwings and for home visits after our offer was accepted. Plus, he was very responsive and answered all of my questions very promptly! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a home quickly!

This lovely woman will take care of you like no one else! She is the BEST in the business! She works hard to make sure you get what you are looking for! Besides professionalism she cares about her clients and their family like it’s her own. Can’t imagine to hire someone else! So, I don't really like to write reviews... like ever ever, but Chris did such a rad job I feel like I need to let the world know. I didn't know anyone in the real estate industry and honestly felt a little lost (who does’t know a realtor?!). Working with Chris Giannos was absolutely awesome! Most agents are looking to only close a deal as quickly as they can but not our boy Chris. He's patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He took time to truly understand my wants/needs and educated me after recognizing my lack of experiencing to ensure I was making a informed decision. He's professional and truly cares about putting families in homes fitting of their lifestyle. When it comes time to buy, I'll be without a doubt calling Chris.

Chris and his team are so beyond awesome to work with. Their skill, level of communication, ability to work through gnarly situations and patience is top tier. Everything Chris said would happen, did. That is such a rare thing these days... We are so stoked with our new home. It wasn't the easiest buying experience (not because of Chris) but with him at the wheel we are sure that it was so much easier than it could have been. We feel very blessed to have worked with Chris & RE/MAX NEW Dimension.
