Where to begin? Let me start by saying we are now a year out from when Remediation Group started the work, and the poor quality of the work is beginning to show. And, shockingly, we can't get anyone there to get back to us to replace what should be under warranty. I can say that the only positive I can share about the experience with them is the number of "fun" stories I can tell when NOT recommending them... from their painters blaring music and playing basketball in my basement to one of their subcontractors coming up ... read more

Cleaned water up and got it dry but cost was high way robbery and throw out stuff without permission and tried to jack job up due to they found surface mold on Sheetrock next to a floor washing sink to fill up mop buckets the mold was very little from years of water splash they tried to convince managers mold was from overflowed washer machine mold don't group from that in 6 hours, stuff they through away said was bad but no picture to prove this and never ask us if we wanted it just throw it away ?, beware be very cautious ... read more

I am very disappointed by Remediation Group Inc. They started working at our rental property to fix the water damage in master bathroom on Novemeber 2, 2015 and have not completed the job yet as of May 16, 2016. Instead we are getting change orders asking for more payments. We are suffering income loss, tenant moved out because of their prolonged work. Very very unprofessional, nonresponsive - $13550 paid to date. Loss of money, effort and stressed out .
