New Management It is now owned by Champion and is much improved. They are all very kind, helpful and easy to work with. They respond quickly to problems and maintenance requests. They have repaired the pool, bought new pool furniture, remodeled the clubhouse, improved the landscaping and power washed the buildings. Champion has also sponsored several community events. The location is great and the rent is reasonable for the area. It is a great place to live now that Champion owns it!

Very impressed with everything Remington Woods has to offer Upon moving in, my dealings with the front office, (Tyler, Ethan and Keely), was nothing but professional, kind and efficient. They were quick to answer any questions that I had, Ethan sent me a video of my unit so that I could better prepare for placement of furniture and any must haves that I would need upon moving in. Lived here 4 years Can't beat the location and value. I have lived here for about 4 years under three different management companies, a couple who really didn't seem to care much about the residents or maintaining the grounds. The last company had nice people, but unprofessional communication and over the top responses to neighborhood issues. Shout out Shout out to the staff for taking the initiative, following through and taking care of me. When I applied back in December Grace the assistant manager had me approved, gave me everything I needed to know upon move in and even gave me my lease to review all the same day. It was seriously the easiest moving experience. The girls at the front desk are always welcoming when I come and get my packages.
Grain of Salt.... I have lived at this property almost 3 years now and although the management has changed multiple times, I finally feel that they have the right people for this property as they seem to really care for the residents, unlike the previous management. The staff has been nothing but polite and helpful and the maintenance staff is always prompt! I am amazed by some of the reviews, like do you live at the same place I do!? Improvements I’ve lived at Remington for a little over a year and my experience has been wonderful. The pool looks excellent. The staff is great. Any issues I’ve had have been properly taken care of. I’m happy to call Remington my home.

Great complex! Lived here with a roommate and had a great time with no issues. The location is nice and wooded with direct access to High St. It was peaceful and quiet with close access to Highbanks Metro Park. I had fun neighbors and never found parking to be an issue.
Great community 4 stars! I have lived in Remington Woods since August 2014 which was only a few months after they initially opened. Since I relocated for work from another state, I was very unfamiliar with the Columbus area and my top priorities were a safety and being dog friendly! I choose the smallest unit because it fit my budget and was available when I needed to move.
