The really time they took with us and their patience with my brother who is a resident at Independent Living. Everyone I had interactions with were kind and helpful.
The clickers on the necklaces do not work probably most of the time. My dad has clicked it on multiple times & staff does not show up for 30+ minutes to check on him. They have also had a lot of internet issues. He complains of slow service in the restaurant too.
For the most part the staff are excellent. As is always the case, there are some exceptions. The facility is okay, clean and well maintained.
There are management issues, and high staff turnover. This is particularly acute in the kitchen. Additionally, it takes repeated attempts to make management interact with the ltc insurer. We were nearly refused reimbursement.
With the meals and dining, dinner could be a little bit better as far as quality as far as service, being more polite, and the different kinds of foods that I have can be improved. The cleaning this could be a little bit better as far as cleaning my laundry they don't use a detergent that you put in there. I don't use it the beads I don't use the laundry sheets to make it smell better

My family toured several assisted living facilities in Tampa, Florida. The food and dining room was better than the other facilities. The most important thing was the genuine caring from every staff member we met. Unlike most other facilities, residents were in common areas interacting with each other and participating in a variety of daily activities. The grounds are beautiful. My dad is very happy there. Highly recommended!! We picked this community because of the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff..
The facility is very nice. Neat and clean. Staff are very helpful. Food is very good Meal time is early for all three meals. I would be very comfortable having any of my family members living here.
