His staff called and canceled a cancer removal procedure a day before. Claimed that the doctor stopped taking the insurance. He was taking my insurance couple weeks ago and got I got confirmation for the visit 3 days before procedure. Today, I was offered same treatment for cash payment. It is unacceptable and the dermatology board should take a closer look at the practice.
Hard to imagine, a day before removing a cancer my appointment was canceled, because dr said that my insurance doesn’t pay enough. No further details or explanation, except that I can pay cash for the surgery….. but I need to schedule another appointment, because one for tomorrow is already canceled. I scheduled the appointment about 6 weeks ago in January. How this person can look at the mirror every morning? It calls himself a medical doctor?
