Renee was very helpful in the entire loan process. She gave us all our options and presented what was the most advantageous to us. After a zoning issue with the purchase property she was able to work with the purchase of points so it wasn't much more than originally planned. Also her conservative estimate on closing costs yielded a lower actual figure which is also pleasant. She was very personable and provided answers to all questions we had.
