against Renee or anyone else, but the whole process was crazy all the information that you have to give and sending documents multiple times because they weren't received it was the whole thing was just very, very stressful for me

Not use a lazy worthless person that talks bad about her customers. Get someone that will not wait till the last second then blame everything on someone else.

My experience with her was traumatizing to say the least. Besides the general lack of explanation about the process of setting up the mortgage and closing the house purchase, she changed the mortgage amount without telling me just before signing the contract for the closing. I checked the closing documents online beforehand signing, but I didn't expect that she changed it for the hard copy version of the closing documents without telling me. Better communication I paid for a credit report and never got a copy. A simple phone call is more effective compared to email and text.

More Thorough and accurate information. If something is an estimate then state it’s an estimate. If you’re giving me the final number make sure it’s correct before I get the cashiers check. There was a lot of uncertainty throughout this entire process.
