Digital Renew did a GREAT job for us getting our I-Cat Generation up and running. Took 5 scans today and wish I could have got one five years ago. The better price was the only reason I was able to do it now.
Renew Digital has been great to deal with. I hope integration of the '3D Panoramic Imaging Machine' into my practice is as easy as the sale, install, and training.
Purchasing an i-CAT from Renew Digital was the best decision that I could have made for my practice. The Renew Digital team was professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They certainly delivered what they promised and I would do it again without hesitation.

Absolute garbage company. DDS bought a Kavo CBCT machine and the hard drive fried in little over a year... because from the get go the 10+ year old computer they provided us with our new machine (under the guise of being new) was not set up correctly. Then when being provided with a warranty replacement, which was promised "next day" (but actually delivered 3 weeks later), the new one they sent was also nearing a decade old and has been nearly unusable from the get go when promised it would be plug n play. My experience with the delivery, installation and training for our X-ray unit has been a series of frustrations. I did not realize that the installer ( Andrew) was the trainer as well until the day of training. He arrived an hour late and said that he needed to finish installation. We did not schedule patients that day so my staff could have training. It was rushed and disorganized. Even after I requested he focus on panos/cephs, he wandered. DO NIT BUY USED EQUIPMENT HERE!!!!!!!!! Don’t fo it . Refurbished means you replace the defective parts then you sell it . When they installed my pano the wires to the monitor were apparently defective so they wrapped them with black masking tape . (Its like taping your iPhone charger instead of getting a new one. I do not reccommend this company everything was fine until the tech did the installation it did not go well and there was little time for training so no one really knows how to do cbct or extraoral bite wings pano was doing well till support screwed us up it is supposed to go through dexis but they have it going through romexis so it will not go into the chart we need a tech to set it up right and more training right now the machine is worthless (planmeca cbct)
