I bought a 3d cone beam ICAT machine couple months ago from Renew Digital on recommendations made by one their sales person. I paid 82k to buy ICAT machine which full range of xray functionality. Ever since I have the bought the machine it has broken down atleast 10 times and every time I call Renew digital to fix it they take hours to fix it and then they say they have to replace a part in the machine. Cheat on not providing the 3 license codes for the Tx Studio software as written on the instruction email. Technician Kevin arrived late. Parts and computer were not sent on time. Coordinator Doug failed response to phone and email. Overall, it was a bad experience!
