From start to finish all these people ROCK -the sales agent, office staff (schedulers, follow up caller, etc.), the 2 man crew was amazingly fast, efficient, thorough, and very polite and pleasant to have in my home for the 1 1/2 days (for 9 windows and 2 sliding doors). The price is high but I believe well worth it. The guarantee is great as well. My windows look so amazing I don't want to put up drapes or blinds. We had 2 crews for all our windows and doors installation and another crew finished all our hickory trim today. All were professional and extremely responsive to any concerns we had. ****** and ***** did a wonderful job on our hickory trim and we are SO happy with the results!
