We were impressed with Renewal by ******** from start to finish and throughout. The difference between 1980s metal frames and these beautiful new frames make a difference aesthetically as well as thermally speaking. We had all of our windows replaced except for 2 of them and we are kicking ourselves for not doing them also. We'll be calling them back in another year 100% worth the cost, it is made up for in value as well as an exceptional customer service experience??

We had a terrible experience. The two-day install took over two weeks. They lied to us at every opportunity. I called managers and received no response. They schedule without checking with the customer and then claim they need 48 hours to respond. I paid 28K for windows, and they were filthy when installed and have hand prints all over them! They promised to pay for landscaping that was destroyed, and that too was a lie. I feel ripped off and disgusted.

Shady business practices.When you have a consultation the salesman has you do a signature on the computer so you can just tap on the pages needing said signature.At the end I got a verbal price of ****** to do 5 windows that I agreed to knowing I wasn't going to try to negotiate down.As he scrolled through the pages to be signed it was extremely quick..Fast forward to the day of the installation,the installers did an amazing job for the most part.Afterwards the installers had me sign another form with ****** as the contact p... read more
