Love our new windows - From no pressure sales rep to installation we had a great experience. Shane did an amazing job on the new trim work and they got the entire project done in 1 day. I'm glad we spent the extra money to avoid vinyl and give credit to the design consultant on suggesting full frame replacement so it left me with nothing to do but enjoy my new windows after install was done. My window replacement started June 21 through June 24, 2021. I had 11 windows replaced upstairs and 7 downstairs including changing double windows to sliding doors in kitchenette area. This was a huge project for my 50 year old house and I wanted the best. Tom, Chris and Brad are true professionals and worked from morning til evening everyday until the project was completed. Love my new windows. Installers were professional and did incredible work. My only regret is not doing the project sooner... I can tell these windows will last and I know they are more energy efficient than any other window I considered. Thank you!!

Our window installation started on March 15 and was supposed to last 5 days. We wondered about this timeline since we had 32 windows to be replaced. While most (yes, MOST) of the people working on them were friendly, I would only consider a couple of them true professionals. Most of the caulking work was very sloppy, and they caulked over a shim that hadn't been removed. There were a few places where they damaged the wood frames around the windows.
