I can’t say enough about Latasha I have been apart of renters Warehouse for a few years. And Latasha professionalism I have always met with a passion for being very proficient and attentive to the needs of her clients and the integrity of renters Warehouse. I wish their was more to be rewarded then words to her standards of professional character. So just let me thank you Latasha;;and management for their choice of employees. Robert J.

Latasha sollley was very nice. She went throughly thru my home to make sure it was a safe environment to live in. Very professional also.

My family's experience with Renters Warehouse in Houston was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. While the agent (Sherrie) who assisted my mother at move-in was very nice, professional, and diligent, the agents in charge of move-out and damages (Orange Team, and in particular Kristal) were unprofessional and deceiving. To begin with, the agent in charge of move-out (Latasha), performed the inspection without any of us present to verify her work. I was a tenant. Latasha did the final inspection. I worked mainly with Adan. Renter's Warehouse is all about the owner. After proof of pictures and videos, Renter's Warehouse withheld $650 of my security deposit to replacement carpet owner said was damaged. The carpet was NOT damaged, but Renter's Warehouse said the following: "The permanent indentations in the carpet are not considered wear and tear." WOW!! So I guess you can't place a couch or recliner on the carpet?? Absolutely insane. There were several other i... read more

Latasha did the final inspection. However, Renter's Warehouse is all about the owner.
