Today, I called Renters Warehouse to get assistance with contacting my tenant to pick up a key for the new mailbox and $72 my tenant still owes for February’s rent . Rose was extremely helpful she contacted the tenant right away to arrange a time that works for both the tenant and me. Rose also advised me that she got ahold of the team that handles payment processing regarding the $72 and once it’s processed it will be disbursed to me. Everything went great. The app is very convenient, allowing you to view the property yourself and register for it right there. Our realtor, Lisa, was in constant contact with us and answered all our questions. She also provided us with a list of what we needed to do and re-register before moving in. We were very pleased and would recommend her to anyone.
