Michelle was friendly. Answered all my questions. She made my transition great. She also had rapid response to my emails.
I spoke with Sally she was polite and courteous. She was able to answer my questions and was able to resolve my problems. Thank you Sally.
Bob was very helpful throughout the whole process. He got back to me quickly whenever I had any questions.
I worked with Zac M to secure a rental property and had a great experience. I've rented from other rental property management companies and had a terrible experience, so I was a little sceptical about using one again. But Zac was very personal and great at answering any questions I had promptly. I appreciated the use of pictures and videos to assess the property's condition before moving into it. Any existing minor damage was sufficiently documented to ensure I won't be held responsible for it.

I received a notice from RW about my lease.
