Michelle ****** is the best agent i have ever work with. She is very patient and kind. Michelle will make sure you understand all that is expected of you . This is my first investment property. I had a bulk item to be picked up with my weekly trash pick up. The problem was I didn’t know what company picked up my trash. I called Renters Warehouse as they are who I pay my trash bill through. Claire ***** *****was the customer service representative I had. She had looked at my account and my trash provider wasn’t listed. She told me she would do some digging to figure this out and call me back.
