RecommendedWell first and for most , Kathy is amazing! I had a little set back with dinora and had to wait another day for my ps5 but as soon as I went to Kathy, she squared it away the same day. Kept calm , didnt raise her voice and most of all . very understanding and calm . I got a little irritated, not gonna lie . I just got off work , did a 10hr shift and went the store right after.
