Why is this the second bad experience I've had with this location? Since the employees here have no problem bringing up my previous bad review and that I got one of their employees fired, lets do it again. Our dryer quit working and I figured I would give RAC another try since its been a year. My mother and I went together to get a dryer. The add online said $20 starts your agreement. They'll work with you so they can sell it to you and tell you if you're going to be behind, just let them know. Then they call on the day it's due, harassing for money. Literally called mine and my fiancé phones 8 times in 3 hours. We came upon an emergency and let them know, as was stated when we got our devices, and they didn't hesitate to come repossess them. Great salesman, but that's about it. Absolutely rude.
