Failed customer service experience. Accepted delivery with the promise of missing shelves for my fridge/freezer. Called the store same day, saturday, they said they'd get back to me. I called Tuesday, same story, from Lucio, ill call you back. Apparently they dont care about customer service or providing full service, because ONLY AFTER I COMPLETED MY REVIEW did someone call me. Ramiro did a good job of delivering the bunk beds for my kids. He was on time and assembled them in a timely manner. Best delivery guy ever. I recommend this store to anyone. The whole crew is amazing. I really felt like family.
