I called and spoke with Rhino T. and he was very respectful and polite right from the start. He listened patiently and did not rush me through the process of what I needed help with. He is very professional with his job assignment. He explained the different options in the portal but also reassured me if I needed further help I could still call back. So, if I could give him 10 starts I would.

It was very difficult being in a new country and trying to secure a place to call my home. After several viewings, I became discouraged and decided to discontinue my search.
