This review is ONLY about my conversation with Claire today. She helped me sort out an issue because when we tried to pay rent today the site timed out and we weren’t sure it processed. She was very nice and helpful, incredibly professional. She alone gets the 5 stars. I’ll be back with another review when we move in a few months for the company as a whole.
I've been in a property managed by Renters Warehouse since June 2023. I am currently experiencing mold in the bathroom. The property owner owner is declining maintenance request to properly fix the mold and Renters warehouse is doing absolutely nothing about it. I pay almost $2500 a month to reside at the property and I'm having to spend extra money to contact legal advice to assist me.
