We called Rose Silos and Rocelyn Ugbos at Renter's Warehouse on Friday evening and again on Saturday.  Me and my family talked about our rentals over lunch on Sunday, and I mentioned that the two of them answered our Section 8 questions, already resolved a repair request, answered a few reporting/accounting questions, and gave updates on revenue month-to-date.  My favorite part is that they both provided entertainment during our calls while figuring out the answer to, and resolving, every question and open item.  What encour... read more

We had a good experience up until move out. We were told we could pay extra for a deep clean and carpet cleaning to expedite our move out since they had renters waiting to get in. We still had a month on the lease, but Kristi Gregory told us that extra fee would cover what was needed. This conversation occurred during the walkthrough. We then find out we were being charged $2000 for dirty walls that they had to "repaint". After renting this house for 3 years. They thought i should be charged 1200.00 dollars to repaint the house. When filled and color matched a picture hole. My wife and I cleaned the house from top to bottom. Its a shame that they can cheat disabled vets. This is truly unfortunate for renters warehouse. I expected this outcome. I only was trying to point out that this type of practice not only hurts renter,but also will indeed damage renters warehouse reputation. KRISTI GREGORY-Senior Property Manager at Renters Warehouse has been an excellent communicator and has followed through on everything we have discussed. Not only is Kristi knowledgeable but she is also caring and that made our out of state relocation less stressful which means a lot to us. This is possibly the all time worst service I've ever encountered regarding property management repair coordination. 40 minutes on hold waiting just to speak to anyone regarding an ongoing repair that was in progress. 20 minutes on hold after requesting a credit card to cover charges. Finally being told they couldn't reach the person required to authorize the repair charges that they themselves had coordinated. Promised call back that never happened. This place is a sham organization that does a horrible job communicating with renters. They also send you bills and charges that are not owed after you leave. They don't give you receipts or any proof of anything. Then they send your bill to collections. As a veteran of the US Army who has moved all over the nation and world, I have never dealt with a more unreputable company. Horrible!

This is going to be a lengthy review but any renter using Renters Warehouse should take the time to read it. While I was renting the house, I had no issues and tickets were handled timely. I recently moved out of a house I was renting from Renters Warehouse and are battling with them on certain security deposit deductions. 1. $1,000 paint charge for a single bathroom, I had painted the master bathroom a grey color and did not repaint it, I expected money to be deducted but not $1,000 for a single bathroom.
