I recommend Miss Latasha the lead inspector. To get the job done .She was great had an awesome vibe. Energy was magnetic. She was very helpful. You can tell that she loves what she does although she’s a busy woman she gets the job done. Thanks again, Latasha.

I’m currently a tenant and just had Tasha come out for a home inspection and she was phenomenal. I would recommend her for all home inspection needs. She was thorough and so nice and helpful. She listened to my all my concerns and really made me feel heard and not discouraged.

The employees I’ve interacted with at renters warehouse have been very helpful and as swift as possible fixing any issues I’ve had with my rental property. Great communication. Kathleen Vega has been very helpful with my repairs and communication of the processing of requests. Carlos Benitez has also been extremely helpful with all my questions comments and concerns. Thanks to all!

Tasha came to do our inspection this afternoon. She was thorough and detailed while inspecting the property. She asked questions, took copious notes, and listened to our concerns. She was quick to send a recap to all appropriate parties on next steps. I would highly recommend.

I am so grateful to have had Manuel Barrera as my property manager! He was so attentive, quick to answer all my (very many) questions, super sweet and easy to work with! When it was time to find a new home he presented us with many great options and guided us through our whole move out and move in process! Can't wait to work with him again when finding our forever home!
